Delivery

How long will dispatch take?

We love to get your goodies out on their way to you as soon as we can, and aim to dispatch everything within 24 hours.

Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched same day Mon - Fri providing stock is available.

If there is likely to be a delay with your order we will contact you to let you know.

How are my orders sent?

We use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries, and everything we send is with a tracked service- peace of mind for you that your order will arrive safely!

Our orders as sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. This is charged at a rate of £2.95 for orders under £30 and is FREE for orders over £30.

We also offer Royal Mail 24 as a delivery option on all orders, and this carries a charge of £3.95

We also offer a Next Day Courier service via DPD at a rate of £6.95 (mainland UK only)

If you parcel is super large (lots of goodies!) we will send it via DPD courier. This is free of charge to mainland UK addresses. Northern Ireland, Highlands and UK Islands will incur a charge of £9.95 (a subsidised rate)

Our shopping cart should calculate everything correctly for you, however sometimes things do go wrong and we will contact you in the event that this occurs to offer you the correct shipping fee.

Where orders contain pre-ordered items, the entire order will be shipped only once all items are available. Please place orders separately if you need other items urgently.

Please note that parcels delivered the Royal Mail 24 service are delivered the following day in 95% of cases. However, by Royal Mail standards, these parcel can take up to 14 working days to be delivered.

How much is postage?

Postage is charged at £2.95 for UK orders under £25. Orders over £25 receive FREE Delivery*

Do you deliver to Worldwide?

Yes we do. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the appropriate shipping method and a price based on your carts contents. If it displays that no delivery method is valid, please Contact us and we will provide a quotation via email.

Sometimes the cart system will go wrong and we may contact you to offer a correct shipping charge.

Note: Under no circumstances do we mark parcels as "gifts" on the custom forms. By law we must state true value and purpose of packages.

We are unable to ship Nappy Buckets, disposable wipes, and detergents outside of the UK.

We are unable to ship Tots Bots some countries. Please contact us to enquire.

Brexit

The UK is no longer part of the European Customs Union so items sent Internationally may be charged VAT and Customs in the destination country.
Sadly due to this recent change, we are still awaiting further updates in regards to shipping outside of the UK. We are working on keeping our customers updated at all times, but this is what we know so far...
 
We are still shipping our orders as normal via a tracked service with Royal Mail. We ensure all our orders sent outside of the UK are accompanied by a customs declaration which states what the item is, the item's value, and that it is a commercial product.
Due to the nature of our products, many of our items do not incur any VAT charges, which will be stated on the customs declaration. You may want to check your countries VAT charges for the items you are purchasing as this can differ to the UK.
 
Between now and June 2021, items under the value of €22 (item value + shipping) should not incur any VAT, with the current exception of Sweden and Denmark who are exempt from this and will incur VAT. After June 2021, all countries will become liable for VAT regardless of the item value.
 
We advise that you check with your local customs for further information in regards to this, and sadly we cannot accept any liability for charges based on the above information.

Our Packaging

We always strive to make as minimal impact on the environment as feasible, and as such the majority of our packing material is recycled (the re-use of boxes and filling material) and that which is not re-used (the eco-poly jackets) is made of 100% biodegradable material.
