Morning all,
Wow i got my order thursday mid morning, after ordering wednesday.Due to my
daughter having a reaction to disposables while teething i wanted to use washables,
i have used them in the past on my other 4 children, i used kushies ultra but they
were very bulky. I love the bambinex nappies, there fab slimline and really funky!
i will definitly be ordering more,Im sticking to the 2 part system as there
excerlent. im sticking to bamboo for night, because they hold so much but take
longer to dry, and teddy for day as there slim fitting and take only a short time ti
dry, the tots bots flexi wrap doesnt leave any redmarks and is very stretchy and
fits very well! wish i had found then a year ago.

Just wanted to say how impressed I am by your customer service.

I ordered from you for the first time this week and the nappies arrived yesterday. Unfortunately one of them had been sent in the wrong size, so I called you up, expecting that I would have to go to the trouble of sending the incorrect nappy back before you sent a replacement, requiring an unscheduled trip into town to the post office. This would have left me feeling slightly disgruntled at the inconvenience, and would probably have meant I never ordered from you again.

To my surprise though, you apologised and said that as it was your error I could keep the incorrect nappy (which will still fit my little girl for a few weeks, and will be kept for baby number two when he/she arrives), and you would send the correct size immediately. It arrived today, less than 24 hours later.

You've succeeded in turning a negative experience into a positive one, which will stick in my mind, and actually mean I'm more likely to order from you again in future than if there had never been an error with my order in the first place.

This is a textbook example of first-class customer service - something which many companies claim to offer but sadly rarely deliver.

Congratulations on exceeding my expectations and creating a new, loyal FYP customer!!
