Our Returns Policy


If you’re a customer in the EEA, you get 14 days to cancel your order with us for a full refund (inclusive of any postage paid at time of order). This two week period starts from the day after you receive your order (or from the day after you receive the last item of your order). You’ll need to write to us with notice of your cancellation.

If for any reason you change your mind and decide that you no longer want the items that were delivered to you, we will accept them back, unworn/ unwashed and in saleable condition within 30 working days of delivery, and you will receive a full refund. Note: you are responsible for return delivery charges.

Exceptions: Final Sale, Clearance items and Pre Loved - these items can not be returned or exchanged.

How do I return an item?

You are responsible for the return postage and package costs unless an item is faulty or was received in error, and it is always strongly recommended that you get a certificate of posting (these are free of charge) from the Post Office, as should the items not reach us you will be able to claim compensation from Royal Mail.

We will not be able to refund/replace items should they fail to reach us.

Where return postage costs are to be funded by FYP, only a basic service is to be used. Where a premium service is used (i.e. Special Delivery) your return postage costs may not be refunded in full.

If a coupon code had been used for a free gift and on return of all or part of your order if your order value falls below the £ threshold required for the free gift the free gift must be returned unwashed/unused in original packaging or the value of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.
