ReturnsOur 'No Quibble' Returns Policy In line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order, for a full refund (inclusive of any postage paid) within 7 working days of your order. You are however responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods. Return or Exchange: If for any reason you change your mind and decide that you no longer want the items that were delivered to you, we will accept them back, unworn/ unwashed and in saleable condition within 30 working days of delivery, and you will receive a full refund. Exceptions: Final Sale or Clearance items- these items can not be returned or exchanged. Returning a Faulty Item: Occasionally you may experience a fault with your item, and as long as you are able to provide proof of purchase, the faulty item may be returned direct to manufacturer (see below for information on returning Itti Bitti Nappies), or to us for a refund or exchange. How do I return an item? You are responsible for the return postage and package costs in all circumstances (unless an item was received in error), and it is always strongly recommended that you get a certificate of posting (these are free of charge) from the Post Office, as should the items not reach us you will be able to claim compensation from Royal Mail. Should your order fall below the £50 mark after your returned item, shipping charges will be taken from the amount you are refunded. We will not be able to refund/replace items should they fail to reach us. Returns of Itti Bittis: Should you have a faulty Itti Bitti nappy, please email the manufacturer directly at kath@ittibitti.com.au . You will need to provide proof of purchase and photos of the faulty item. The item(s) may also need to be returned to the manufacturers UK warehouse.
