Redeeming your voucher

Order Online:

Place your order online through the website as usual

Leave a note of your RNfL voucher number in the 'Comments' box at checkout

Pay for your order via Paypal or Credit/Debit card

Email your voucher over to orders@fill-your-pants.com quoting your Order Number

Your order will be dispatched as usual and we will refund your card/Paypal payment to the amount of your voucher

Any excess amount can be taken by card over the phone

You can then email us your voucher.

Terms:

Goods will be despatched upon receipt of the voucher
Goods can only be despatched to the name and address given on the voucher
The voucher may only be redeemed against cloth nappies and related items such as wraps, grippers, liners.
Training pants fall outside of the RNfL scheme.
Vouchers cannot be accepted for a purchase made retrospectively
No cash change can be given
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date shown on the voucher
