African Cotton Skirt from Hooligans

SALE!! With a layered effect this skirt is a great addition to any mini wardrobe! The tye dye jersey belt and african beads give the skirt a great african feel, and made from 100% eco-friendly african cotton it is something really special!

Hooligans Clothing is produced from eco-friendly cotton, grown without the use of chemicals and pesticides, and is produced to fairtrade standards. Dyed fabric is finished with an eco-friendly softener, and the fabric contains no harmful chemicals- as flame retardants have yet to be proven safe for use in childrens clothing, none are used in the Hooligans range. All poppers and studs are nickel free, to prevent allergic reactions, and satin labels and wash care labels are used to prevent 'scratching' of the skin.
