Made in South Africa with 100% African Cotton, this pretty cotton jersey skirt with elasticted waist is a dream!

There is a rope effect tie around the waist with beads adding detail, and layered cotton jersey in stone, pale pink, lemon and pale mauve. With raw edge and printed bottom frill layer in pink.

The front sees the African Fantasy Badge, adding to the individuality of the skirt. Perfect for the summer with a pretty tee!

Hooligans Clothing is produced from eco-friendly cotton, grown without the use of chemicals and pesticides, and is produced to fairtrade standards. Dyed fabric is finished with an eco-friendly softener, and the fabric contains no harmful chemicals- as flame retardants have yet to be proven safe for use in childrens clothing, none are used in the Hooligans range. All poppers and studs are nickel free, to prevent allergic reactions, and satin labels and wash care labels are used to prevent 'scratching' of the skin.
