Absorbency
The bumGenius All in One uses the highly acclaimed Cotton Babies microfibre as the soaker. The bumGenius All-In-One holds approximately 12 ounces of fluid, depending on the size ordered. If extra absorbency is required, these new All in Ones have an additional pocket feature to allow an extra insert to be stuffed inside- bonus!

Extra-Small intended for a newborn and fits low, below the naval, to keep the umbilical area dry. This nappy is designed to fit during that itty-bitty newborn stage. Small is slightly larger with a higher rise than the Extra-Small. It is intended for after your baby's umbilical cord has fallen off.

Care Instructions for bumGenius All-In-One

Shake solids into toilet and store in dry pail

Fasten tabs to laundry tabs on inside of nappy.

Wash warm, hot or cold with 1/4 cup additive free detergent.

Rinse well with another full wash cycle on hot.

Tumble dry medium.

No bleach, no fabric softeners

Personal Observations:

Wow, these are some truly fantastic little nappies! I must say, I have been really impressed with the bumGenius All in One. Being a sized nappy, the fit is perfect and they are in no way bulky. If you are using a childminder or nursery these are the nappies you will want to send with your child, they couldn't be easier to use- no stuffing, no fuss, just put on in the same way as a disposable. The microfibre core provides plenty of absorbency and is a fast drying material so the bumGenius All in One dries much faster than some other AIO's on the market. What I really love about the version 2.0 though is the extra pocket behind the core allowing you to stuff an extra insert in the nappy if required- as well as giving you much more flexibility with absorbency, the divide between the core and the waterproof back allows the nappy to dry even more quickly. Genius! Or bumGenius should I say! (ok ok bad joke!)

New Mums Wishlist

This nappy was our first experience of Bumgenius, and we had no idea about them prior to being given this as a hand me down after my daughter had an allergic reaction to a leading disposable brand. This is the easiest, simplist nappy in the world to use. It looks just as simple as a disposable and has coped with everything a newborn baby could throw at it. I liked them so much that we went on to buy some more. This nappy should be on every new mums wish list!

Easy as a Disposable

I love the BumGenius AIO. They are cute, super soft, super easy to use, and very slim fitting. My only problem has been around the legs with leaking. I think I need to get some inserts to avoid leaking. Hope that will stop the leaking. Love these AIOs.

Foolproof!

Even Dads and Grannies can use these.
It is essentially an all in one, but there is a pocket for extra stuffing, and believe me, it is very generous. I would say if baby is going to be in it for longer than a couple of hours, then it needs an extra booster, otherwise it is fine and very trim indeed!
I have used this at night with my ten month old, with 2 extra boosters and it was perfect. She had no leaks, and her bottom was dry.
I was extremely impressed with the fit, as there was no gap in the legs, unlike other all in ones, and even though my baby is still slightly below the weight guide for the large size!
