Very pretty looking nappies and not at all bulky however, we have never been able to get a good fit on our chunky little girl - i think its the small waist and chunky thighs that are the problem. Can wear them for short times but always nervous of leaks.

Excellent nappies...especially if you aren't sure about real nappies - Alexandra
Rating:
Pros: 1) They're incredibly easy to use and are excellent for Dad's or Newbies to cloth nappies (who fear all nappies are the old terry cloths with pins!) - just as easy to put on as a disposable. 2) They look really cute / good. 3) They aren't too bulky. 4) They wash well (they say to wash on 60, but they come out just as well on a 40 wash) 5) They dry very quickly (outers practically dry out of the machine - inners take a few hours). 6) They have poppers. 7) Baby's bum is NEVER damp. 8) Baby clearly feels comfortable in them. (when we were starting out so using both these and disposables, you could actually see her visibly relax when she got one of these on (inevitably she would also need changing again pretty quickly!))
Cons 1) The reason they're not too bulky is because you have to buy new ones as your baby gets bigger, so costly. 2) Nowhere near absorbent enough on their own, you NEED a bamboo booster for each nappy. With one they last 4-5 hours happily without leaking. 3) But therefore they're not good for nighttime - although I am experimenting with lots of bamboo as I write!... 4) Not good for babies with chunky thighs (our 5 month old is on the loosest leg setting and tightest waist setting of her mediums - won't be able to move up to larges until her waist catches up!) 5) They can leak. The big explosive poos can seep out if not changed quickly.
Overall I highly recommend these. As a newbie to cloth nappies I was worried they were difficult to use... These made me wonder why on earth people are still using disposables!
