I don't know which nappies to choose- can you help?

Absolutely! We are happy to offer advice over the phone, via email or alternatively, check our Nappy Gurus page to locate a Nappy Advisor in your area for home demonstrations.

How do I pay?

We can accept payment via cheque, Paypal, Debit or Credit card (through our secure server at SagePay), or by Debit or Credit card over the phone (020 33725220)

Cheques should be made payable to Fill Your Pants.

How much is postage?

Postage is FREE in the UK on all orders over £50, and only £2.75 for orders below that (1st Class Postage).

Standard items are sent via Royal Mail First Class postage, and heavier items are sent via courier. Orders are dispatched every day Monday to Friday.

Do you deliver to Europe?

Yes we do. For customers in the rest of Europe our delivery charges are £3.95 for orders under £30 | £5.95 for orders £30-£60 | £7.95 for orders £60-£200 | £15.95 for orders £200 and above

We are not permitted to ship some brands of nappy outside of the UK (i.e. Tots Bots, BumGenius), so if you do wish to place an international order, please contact us and we will advise whether it will be possible.

We are also happy to accept queries from BFPO addresses.

Do you deliver outside of Europe?

Regrettably at the present time we are only able to deliver goods within Europe.

I have a RNfL Voucher, how do I use it?

When will my order be dispatched?

Here at Fill-Your-Pants.com we know the excitement of imminent 'Fluffy Mail', and as such strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. We hold stock of all items and aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. If for any reason there is likely to be a delay, we will contact you with the details. If you pay by cheque we reserve the right to hold the goods until your cheque has cleared (please allow 5 working days for this).

We always obtain a certificate of postage on dispatched orders, and will always endevour to ensure that your products reach you safely. However, please do be aware that although we will help to trace your package, we can not be held responsible should an incorrect address be entered upon checkout.

How do I return an item?

Remember to include your name, the order/invoice number and whether the items are to be exchanged, or refunded. Should you have any queries contact us by EMAIL or call us on 020 33725220.

If for any reason you change your mind and decide that you no longer want the items that were delivered to you, we will accept them back, unworn/ unwashed and in saleable condition within 30 working days of delivery, and you will receive a full refund. You are responsible for the return postage and package costs, unless your item is faulty, and it is always strongly recommended that you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office, as should the items not reach us you will be able to claim compensation from Royal Mail. Should your order fall below the £50 mark after your returned item, shipping charges will be taken from the amount you are refunded.

We will not be able to refund/replace items should they fail to reach us.

In line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order, for a full refund (inclusive of any postage paid) within 7 working days of your order.


Our Packaging

We always strive to make as minimal impact on the environment as feasible, and as such the majority of our packing material is recycled (the re-use of boxes and filling material) and that which is not re-used (the eco-poly jackets) is made of 100% biodegradable material.
