Tried this as part of the Try cloth for £10. Personally I wasn't so keen on having to snap the boosters in/out as it was a bit messy and fiddly. But they are very absorbent and I was confident they'd keep everything in. Also very big on my 8 week old.
Gimmicky version of pre fold + wrap? Tuesday, 12 March 2013 | Katy
These did the job hence 3*s but were very bulky on my 5 month olds and the rise folds dug into the babies' legs. Bamboo prefolds + wrap = better coverage, more versatility, less fiddly and much cheaper.

I use these soley as night time nappies with the close pop in nighttime boosters. They are the bulkiest nappy in our collection once its stuffed for night time but without the booster it fits quite well. Never had a leak but they are awkwardbeen so bulky to get on and can't avoid touching wee wee soaked inserts when unpopping to put in nappy pail.
Great fit & very absorbant Saturday, 5 January 2013 | Tamsin
These are our work horse nappies. Amazing fit, even on chunky thighs (no digging in of the leg elastic!) and very absorbant when coupled with a pop-in night booster or tots bots booster folded in half. Can use the same shell all day by buying additional soakers and changing them instead of the entire nappy.

This nappy is very bulky on my 2 months old daughter but it does the job like no other!
I mainly use it at night and never had a leak even withouth the little booster that comes with it.
The double leg gussets are really working too.
I highly recommend it!

I decided to try this nappy after being told by a friend that it was good for heavy wetters. She wasn't wrong! So happy to have found a solution, and with such lovely colours and prints! The only down point is that the PUL outer does feel stiff compared to other brands.

This nappy was very absorbent, but far to bulky on my 10 week old, so I have out it at the back to use when she gets a bit bigger and maybe on the next set of snaps up. Worked great as a night nappy. Takes a while to dry though
Uber Absorbant but slow drying Monday, 27 August 2012 | Fiona
We have the new gen pop-ins and love them. They are fairly bulky though, and the material is not as soft as some others so we do get 'sock marks' (?) on little one after use but he seems really happy in them and we've had no leaks - it kid of has a triple gusset around the legs too so we've never had any poo escaping. I love being able to fold up the little booster at the front for my boy. Sometimes when out I have just taken a fresh soaker and booster with me to reduce what I have to carry and just swapped that part which worked well too. The bamboo does take forever to dry though - needs a whole day on the line really. I use a fleece liner on top to help keep them fresh but so far they seem to wear really well - no fading or bobbling and no nasty niffs! One thing I am concerned about it the sizing - at 9 months my little one is on the biggest popper setting and only an inch left for aplix on either side, they are far to low and uncomfortable on my 22month old - although the absorbancy was good for him so this is a such shame! Overall very pleased with this nappy on my littlest and would reccomend!

These are probably the bulkiest nappies I own, but also amongst the most reliable. They are my go-to nappy for nap times as I am confident that we won't get that leaking from the front you often have with little boys who like to sleep on their tummies!
The nappy itself is far better quality than the old version Pop-Ins in my opinion. With those I found that there would often be quite bad bobbling to the cover after just a few washes. It didn't affect the perfomance of the nappy, but it made it look old and tired. The fabric on the new covers (and indeed the inserts) look as good as new after months of regular washing.
If I have one complaint, it is that currently I am having trouble getting a good fit on my little boy, as there is no adjustability between the waist and legs - and my little man has a slim waist and great big chunky thighs! I can get a good fit but it takes quite a bit of tweaking sometimes. That said, I am confident that when he becomes mobile and his legs slim down, they'll be one of my main reach for nappies again.

we had some trouble with a night nappy, lo is quite petite with very thin thighs. so had issues with gaping, anything that fit wasn't absorbent enough for us. cue leaks every morning and a grumpy boy. tried this with a night booster and it seems to have solved all our problems! it fits his thighs so contains everything! he still feels comfortably dry in the morning. only bad point is with the night booster its a bit bulky. not an issue at night though.
