No. Tula carriers are designed to be worn only in the most natural and ergonomic position for your baby, which is facing towards the parents, either on the front or back carry position.

Are Tula carriers machine washable?

Yes. However regular maintenance is encouraged using a soft cloth, soap and warm water, with infrequent machine washes. For machine washes use cold water with a mild detergent. Dry in the open air.

Can I breastfeed while my baby is in the carrier?

Yes! Adjust the carrier so that you and your baby are comfortable.

Can I use this carrier for my baby under 7kg?

We recommend that you use Tula carrier with an infant insert for babies under 7kg. Tula recommend using a wrap for newborn babies as the very best way to carry your baby.

My little one and I loved this carrier - so comfy, it made sure his weight was on my hips instead of my back/ all on my shoulders. We used it until he was about a year old, and then he got too heavy for me. Definitely be using it again now I'm expecting number 2!

I love my new baby carrier!! It is very comfortable both for baby and me, and it comes with a hood to protect your baby from wind, rain etc. The delivery was super quick, and I loved the fact that my shopping experience was made personal, which was a lovely touch!! I am very happy with my purchase so far!!

Previously had an ergo original which I loved but my tall son grew out of the back panel, the Tula has meant we can continue our daily dog walk front carry snuggles without any back or shoulder pain

My baby is 5 months old, over 17lbs (7.7kg ish) and loves to be carried around. We used a stretchy jersey wrap for the first few months and was looking for a more supportive baby sling.
I'm really pleased with the tula carrier, its so quick and simple to put on (on my own), only took a few minutes to adjust before wearing for the first time, Extremely comfortable to wear with padded straps, I can carry the little one around for a few hours without back or neck ache. She seems very comfortable in it too, doesn't complain (she did with another carrier we tried) and is well supported.
I have the bliss bouquet pattern, v pleased its nicer than the photo, but means my partner hasnt tried it.
The only slight negatives I've found are - I wear this under my coat and cardigan so have to completely remove them before I can take her out and if for example I'm washing up she'd prefer to see what im doing, a shame there's not an option to sit her on my hip.
