We have a vacancy for a full time position in our office team, 40 hours per week. Our office hours are 9am -4pm Mon-Fri.

The successful candidate will be working in a variety of roles including:

Order Processing: Processing customer orders, taking payments, processing returns and refunds

Warehouse Operations:  Picking and Packing orders, taking new deliveries, managing stock control

Customer Service: Assisting with customer service, including advising customers via phone and email.

Sales Reporting: Monitoring product performance, and assisting company owner with developing new sales strategies

You will be responsible for ensuring that stock systems are managed correctly, and that order processing is completed in a timely and consistent fashion with minimal errors.

You would need to be available to start early 2012.

The preferred candidate will have:

• An excellent level of organisation and be able to manage multi-tasking
  

• Prior sales or marketing experience

• A strong, confident telephone manner

• Good IT skills, and be very familiar with the internet

• Very strong writing abilities, with an excellent grasp of spelling and grammar 

• A good level of fitness and be able to lift and carry heavy boxes

• An ability to work under pressure- there are times when things can get very busy with a lot of things going on at once

• Availability to attend Trade Fairs with the team as and when required
