How do I pay?

We can accept payment via cheque, Paypal, Debit or Credit card including AMEX (through our secure server at SagePay), or by Debit or Credit card over the phone (020 33725270)

Cheques should be made payable to Fill Your Pants.

How long will delivery take?

Orders placed before 1.45pm are dispatched same day providing stock is available. Orders are dispatched every day Monday to Friday.

Standard items are sent via Royal Mail First Class postage, and orders over £75 are automatically upgraded to Interlink Next Day Delivery

You can expect to receive your order the following working day when your order is placed before 1.45pm Mon-Fri . Orders placed after that time will be dispatched the following working day) Customers in the Scottish Highlands or UK Isles should expect a slightly longer delivery time on the Interlink Next Day service (usually 2 working days)

Where orders contain pre-ordered items, the entire order will be shipped only once all items are available. Please place orders seperately if you need other items urgently.

How much is postage?

Postage is FREE on all UK Orders!*

*Excluding the 'Try Cloth for £10' trial programme

Do you deliver to Europe?

Yes we do. For customers in the rest of Europe our delivery charges are £3.95 for orders under £60 | £7.95 for orders £60-£100 | £12.95 for orders £100 and above

We are not permitted to ship some brands of nappy outside of the UK - these brands are BumGenius, Flip and Tots Bots. We are also unable to ship Accessory Packs and Jackson Reece Wipes outside of the UK. All other items can be shipped to Europe.

We are also happy to accept queries from BFPO addresses.

We do not deliver outside of Europe at the present time.

Our Packaging

We always strive to make as minimal impact on the environment as feasible, and as such the majority of our packing material is recycled (the re-use of boxes and filling material) and that which is not re-used (the eco-poly jackets) is made of 100% biodegradable material.
