IMPORTANT SERVICE UPDATES
Thank you for your patience up to this point in the COVID19 crisis, whilst we have had most of our team home based. As we start to regain some sort of sense of normality we are happy to announce that from today our checkout is once again open full time from today. Some service limitations are still in place as below:
What this means for you:
- Order processing time will likely be impacted, please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be shipped.
- We are aware that the Royal Mail service is under immense pressure at the moment. As a result we are seeing an increasing number of parcels facing delivery delays. We do use a tracked service, and you may find that your tracking reference does not show any results for a few days after dispatch once it reaches the Royal Mail sorting offices. Please be patient, and if your parcel has not arrived safely after 14 workings day get in touch.
- In the event that your order is impacted by out of stock or unavailable items, that item will be automatically removed from your order and refunded. Whole orders may be cancelled in the same way.
- Customer service emails will be handled as usual, however our Telephone service will no longer be in operation.
- Returns processing is being completed, but may take up to 2 weeks.
- Royal Mail 24, and Next Day Delivery services are temporarily suspended.
